[VIP] Hostages. [SWEP]

A simple swep that handcuffs only non cops hostages and also have the ability to release them (similarly to the lockpick, it takes time).

Available for: Professional Thief, Cops & Military (will have only free hostages function)

Swep link: We have to create it ourselves.

Creation Difficulty: Easy

This would add more hostage/ransom scenes and it would be very interresting to have this.

I agree to Killerbyte, this is a good idea.
There would probably more Roleplay events if we add this. And we don't have any roleplay events at all.

We already have handcuffs, but you cant lockpick them. We are going to add them to police and gard.

I think killerbyte knows we have handcuffs as I were playing with him yesterday and used handcuffs on him.
His idea is hostage ropes so thiefs can take ppl for hostages.

Handcuffs can be used for police, but you lose all weapons (included gravity gun, fists) we should make our own so its fully modified.
