Server Rules

General Rules:
Rule 1: Don't RDM (Randomly kill another play without a valid reason)
Rule 2: Don't CDM (Randomly Kill another player with a vehicle without a valid reason)
Rule 3: Don't Break NLR (Return to previous location of death before 2 Mins or untill the event in which you died in is over)
Rule 4: Do not pretend with a Custom Job that you are a different Job
Rule 5: Do Not Trap Zombies In Their Spawn (E.G : Propblock them so they spawn in a certain Location and can't move)
Rule 6: Custom Jobs are not allowed to raid unless they're based off raidable existing jobs
Rule 7: Advert "Hit Accepted" after accepting hit, then "Hit complete/failed" after kill/death (chat command: /advert <Message>)
Rule 8: Do not disrespect administrators - It can lead to a kick - tempban depending on the level of threat.
Rule 9: If an administrator is abusing, take screenshots/video and report to a owner/forums
Rule 10: Do Not Propspam/Propminge/Propblock/Propkill and other types of proptraps/killing machines with tools and props (Including NPC's)
Rule 11: You may not own a door/property and leave it unattended for a long time (must sell if asked to)
Rule 12: As a Dealer or seller you have to make or have a shop (do not place your shop with or insde other peoples bases, if not then you will get demoted)
Rule 13: As a Hitman, you are not allowed to base or group up with other players
Rule 14: You always need a valid reason to place a hit on another player
Rule 15: Dont instantly kill people for crossing the KOS line, warn them to leave first, and if they refuse to leave you are allowed to kill them.
Rule 16: KOS lines can be placed infront of the doors/accessable windows/gates only, the size of the KOS lines should not be bigger than plate1x2 (for doors) or plate1x4 (for gates)
Rule 17: Do not use pornographic sprays
Rule 18: All doors and lifts must have a keypad or button next or close to it plus on the both sides of it visible and accessible
Rule 19: Have fun!

VIP Rules:
Rule 1: Never sell/give away VIP items/tools to non-VIP players
Rule 2: As an Assassin, dont use blink tool in order to teleport into someone's property unless you have a hit on the owner
Rule 3: As an Assassin, you are not allowed to base or group up with other players
Rule 4: Avoid using Steampunk's Titan in spawn town

Raid/Raiding Rules:
Rule 1: Only Raid As The Following Classes: Thief, Professional Theif, Bandit, Bandit Leader
Rule 2: If YOU are going to raid always advert raid before breaking into a vehicle/home (chat command: /advert <message>)
Rule 3: If you are raiding in groups/teams then everyone have to advert in the group/team to be counted as a raider.
Rule 4: If getting killed in a raid your not allowed to return back in to the raid to the raid even if following NLR
Rule 5: If everyone is killed in a raid as the raider, then the raid is over (Raid Failed)
Rule 6: You cannot repeatedly raid the same guy/shop/house/base before 15 Minutes have passed after raid finished
Rule 7:When rading a Shop or House with citizen/innocent in the area, you have to give them time to exit the area or take them as hostages, do not just randomly kill them right away. (can kill them if atepting to escape (if hostages) or attack)
Rule 8: Advert "Raid Over" after a successful raid
Rule 9: It is NOT allowed to raid with the APC due to it's massive armor and protection.

Law Enforcement Units Rules:
Rule 1: Don't RDA (Randomly arrest people without reason)
Rule 2: When Arresting someone you have to /Advert why he/she got arrested and reason
Rule 3: Don't arrest NPCs
Rule 4: You can't have a money printer
Rule 5: Can only base or build a defence around police station area or Govenor building
Rule 6: Do not hunt or arrest people who killed you after death (It's breaking NLR)
Rule 7: Do not camp arrest Runners/Black mMrket Dealers/Professional Thiefs at spawn area (Will be seen as ADM)
Rule 8: You cannot give a hit to an assasin/hitman when working for the PD (Police/Militery/Secret Service/Governor)(Police/Militery/Secret Service/Mayor)
Rule 9: You can only put a warrent on peoples house if the owner of the house is at house.




Governor
1. The mayor must lead civil protection/secret service and assign them tasks.
2. The mayor has to make reasonable laws. Legalizing drugs is not allowed, but prohibiting/allowing all guns is allowed.
3. The mayor can only  build in governmental places.
4. Mayors cannot have illegal items.
5. No random lockdowns of any sort, please give a reason over "/broadcast".
6. No random warrants/making people wanted.

Civil Protection/Military/Secret Service [SS]
1. CPs/Military’s/SS are not allowed to own drugs.
2. CPs/Military’s/SS have to enforce the law and use the police department as their base.
3. CPs/Military’s/SS can arrest anyone for having Money printers or drugs.
4. CPs/Military’s/SS can shoot anyone for murder unless the suspect gives up.
5. CPs/Military/SS always have to try to arrest first unless the individual poses an IMMEDIATE threat.
6. Stun stick abuse is not allowed.
7. Weapon checking players randomly is not allowed. You may check players if you are Secret service and they are near the mayor or, if it makes sense in the context of role-play.
8. Arresting for no reason is not allowed.(RDA)
9. Warranting to check a house without any proof of contraband is not allowed. This also applies for weapon checking. If your life is threatened or someone has told you of another player's possession of contraband, you may weapon check them.
10. If you are pursuing a player (wanted person or persons), you may seize any and all evidence in the person or persons’ home. All drugs and drug labs/Money printers must be destroyed.
11. If a person is resisting arrest, you are allowed to use lethal force after giving them warnings.
12. Secret Service must stay with the mayor at all times; you are his personal bodyguard, not his private army.
13. Military Medics are part of the government must abide by all Government rules.
14. Military Medics are not allowed to heal, base with, or assist criminals unless held hostage or threatened.
15. Military Medics cannot refuse to heal somebody on his side
16. Government officials cannot place hits.
17. Military may only assist civil protection when help is requested, or the police cannot handle  the situation.
18. The Military Commander is the leader of the Military and those in it follow his orders
19. The Civil Protection Chief is the leader of the Civil protection unit and those in it follow his orders.
20. They CAN have governmental raids.

Bandit/Bandit leader
1. Waging a war on cops or on other organizations is not allowed in any way.
2. You cannot mug people in the streets, it has to be done somewhere secluded like an alley or building(Areas not designated as public).
3. They CAN mug [max limit 3000$][you have to wait 15 min until you can mug the same person again]
4. They CAN raid

Thief Rules
1. They CAN Raid.
2. They CAN Mug [max limit 3000$][you have to wait 15 min until you can mug the same person.
3. You CAN NOT base with Government officials.

Gun Dealer/Engineer/Black Market Dealer
1. You must have a shop of some form
2. You must sell to everyone.
3. You are allowed to sell for any price within the scope of RP.
4. You may NOT raid.
5. Switching to these jobs, buying the items, and switching back to another job is considered self-supplying and is not allowed.
6. You may have a gun for your own self defense.
7. Two players with the same job may not base together(Ex: Gun Dealer basing with another Gun Dealer).
8. Stolen goods and non-Dealer job may not sell weapons and other goods to other people, It Will be seen as illegal trade and arrest.

Personal Guard
1. You must attempt to be hired.
2. You cannot help raid or defend raiders as a bodyguard. You guard bases, you Do not raid people.
3. You cannot be the mayors body guard, that title is reserved to the Secret Service.

Hitmans/Assassins
1. You are allowed to advertise your service, although it is not required.
2. You cannot accept a hit on the same person twice within 15 minutes of each other.
3. Government officials cannot place hits.
4. Hitmen may only raid to complete a hit.
5. You have to /advert Hit accepted when accepting a hit, /advert hit declined when you deny a hit, /advert hit complete when you finish a hit and /advert hit failed when failed to kill your hit
6. Hitprice cant be higher then 2500$

Hobo’s
1. You are not permitted to join/form a raid.
2. You may kill others but only in self defense.
3. You may protect your other hobo friends if they are in need.
4. You may NOT own any doors or buildings
5. Hobos may not sing or micspam for money
6. You may not harass other players.
7. You can build on someones doorstep but within reason

Moderator Rules
1. You have to follow all "Staff Rules" like all the staff.
2. You have same rules as VIP when it comes to Jobs and weapons/vheicles/items and so on.
3. You are not allowed to spawn entities, vheicles and NPCs

Staff rules
1. You have to know all rules!
2. Do NOT use ANY of your powers while roleplaying
3. Be Kind to the other players
4. Listen to the higher command (superadmins-head admin-owner)
5. You can NOT Roleplay while being the “Admin/Mod On Duty Job
6. When being on duty you have to respond to ALL calls! else you still have to respond to all calls and skip your RP for a few minutes.
7. Do NOT spawn yourself weapons that arent available for users
8. Do NOT nuke the server!! you will be demoted and permanantly banned!
9. DO NOT ABUSE YOUR POWERS! That will lead to a demote or ban. depending what you have done!
10. You can NOT Spawn weapons/entities for Users! only when refunding!
11. Do not spawn PlayX we don't accept it in the server becouse it plays through the whole server.
12. If you are busy with one guy and there still more asking for help, then call for other admins on the server to help you take the others.

Hell Yeah man, I just have to say it right out, My grammar is not perfect or good, but it would be nice if you guys would help me when I have wrote something wrong.
