Admin Abuse/Randomly Kicking

I couldn't find a format anywhere so I made my own.

My In-game name: I change all the time. Mostly Disconnect or Iraq Lobster <3.
The Abusers Name: Big Lu!
What did he do: Allright, so, I was the mayor/governor/whatever and I put up a law stating that entering any military compund or location (Police Station, spawn town palace etc) is KOS. He enters the governors palace. So I go by the laws and kill him. Without saying a word or talking to me, he just instantly kicks me out of nowhere. Later he then starts noclipping around, punching people randomly, as they tell him to stop he keeps on going. He allso has a bitch of an attitude...

Thanks for reading this, please demote this guy. Admins are there to make the game more fun and get rid of the minges, but to me hes like cancer to my experience here on ChajeCraft.
