Sample Form of applying for Moderator [NEW-EDITED-READ AGAIN]

I have seen the weirdest forms of applies here. So I decided to create a sample form wich will be your template for applying to become Moderator:

-Have 2 days or more on the server [see in blue box right on top of your screen]
-Have more than 10 posts on the forums [No Farming Posts]

hi guys i seem to keep posting apps in wrong places  srry but i think this is the right place.

Past Experiences: ive been a moderator on a mc server Flame hub and ive never abused ive also been a admin on a friends servers (and my friends pretty harsh).

playing hours: i would be on atleast 2 hours a day if not ive been hed up by other stuffs

Why would you like to become a member of our staff?: I would like to be moderator so tht i can get rid of the odd rdmer maybe hackers but deffinately rule breakers.
