Hello my In Game Name is -=Ole=-xD and my real Name is Ole too.
Im 19 years Old and i come from Germany.
I speak english and german.
I was a Admin on a Sandbox[Warserver], so there was
32 people who want to get managed.
I Played alot Darkrp i know the rules.

I dont want to show my steam id here pm me for it.

I want to get Moderator cause i like the server and when there are much people on it.
So no one like to get rdmed or treated badly/wrong. I like to keep the players happy and entertain them with staff. I hope i can be Moderator on this server, I played the last 5 days
24 hours on it.

Minimal complains, since i was promoted to moderator i seen None, a nice guy, He knows how to make things pretty. Supported.

Just a note for my staff. We do NOT accept any staff due the latest post including spies.

So you think im a spie ? Wath can i even spie when i be a moderator?   

The real reson is cause you want donators. Cleary understanding this but i dont know wath you mean with spies. I cant find a post about that.

Yes you don't know like you said it. How you know that all that admins and mods are not spies.
How you know that I'm a spie or not ? The thing is you need to trust them, or me.

Let me explain you the current situation.

We dont necessarily believe you are a "spy" nor something relative to it, we are simply moving towards "long-term" promotions which means you cant become a staff member within a short period of time or without the approval from the majority of administration team. Aside from the fact that we have some issues with "spies", The main reason behind it is also as simple as that - the quality over the quantity. Recently we had a very tough job revising the administration crew as a whole in order to ensure there are no "grey gaps" and responsible positions are occupied by only dedicated people.

We must be sure you are not just active, but also a responsible caracter, a man that can enforce the rules as good as he can follow them. There are many ways you can show your allegiance: Report rule breakers on the forum (providing screenshots with evidence and steamIDs"), communicate/play with staff members on the server, always play by the rules and never get involved into something fishy, etc etc.

Get well known as a faithful rule abiding survivor, so that next time we can recognize you better.
